Landmark Testing & Engineering provides detailed comprehensive environmental, geotechnical and construction materials testing engineering. The firm was founded in 1998 with the commitment from both principals and the employees to provide the highest degree of engineering services in a professional, timely and cost effective manner. Principals of the firm have over 60 years of combined services.

Our St. George, Utah office currently has a staff of forty-five employees comprised of professional, certified engineers and technicians and administration. From our St. George office we have provided engineering services over a broad geographical area in Utah comprising the counties of Box Elder, Weber, Juab, Sanpete, Carbon, Grand, Millard, Sevier, Wayne, Beaver, Iron, Garfield, San Juan, Kane and Washington. In addition we services northern Arizona and central and southern Nevada. Engineering technicians are certified through various federal and state agencies;

Western Alliance for Quality Transportation Service, Nevada Alliance for Quality Transportation Service, American Concrete Institute, National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technician, and International Conference of Building Officials. Our engineering technicians average 10 years of experience in industrial, commercial, and residential building and construction materials testing. Our significant experience throughout Utah, Southern Nevada, and Arizona gives Landmark an in-depth knowledge of geologic site conditions and hazards.
